For more than fifty years, Eugene Ngai committed himself to enlightening code officials, emergency responders, higher education institutions, and industry professionals about the risks associated with compressed and specialty gases. His tireless efforts included extensive research, numerous publications, comprehensive training, and advocacy for the establishment of safety protocols and regulations. Eugene was a revered figure, a global authority, and indeed, a legend within the semiconductor and environmental health industries.
