Can I download HMEx and use it offline?
No. HMEx does not currently offer offline functionality or a locally installed version of the software.
What are the minimum software requirements?
HMEx is web-based, so an internet connection is required for all subscription plans. Advanced subscription plans include an option to upload and download chemical inventories using Excel, and other reports require a pdf reader.
Which browser should I use?
For an optimal experience of HMEx, we recommend using Google Chrome, but Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge are acceptable alternatives. Some features may not work as expected when using a different browser.
Where can I find the Get Started Guide?
After you’ve created an HMEx account, the Get Started Guide can be accessed in your user Profile or the Knowledge Center.
How do I schedule live training for my team?
